1. Data controller

2. What personal data do we process?

When you fill in a form on this site, we only process what you enter in it:

• Quote form: full name, company name, phone number; and, if you provide them, email address, city, product of interest, capacity, number of floors/stops, your message and any project file or drawing you upload.
• Maintenance / service form: full name, company name, phone number, email address, city, lift code, lift type, request type, lift status and your description.
• Security: the IP address and time of submission (to prevent abuse and spam) and the time you accepted this notice.

3. Why do we process it?

• To review your quote request and prepare a quote,
• To contact you about your request by phone, email or WhatsApp,
• To plan and carry out maintenance, breakdown and service requests,
• To prevent misuse of the forms and spam.

4. Legal basis

Your data is collected electronically through the forms and processed because it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (your quote or service request, KVKK Art. 5/2-c), for our legitimate interest in keeping the forms secure (Art. 5/2-f), and on the basis of the consent you give in the form.

5. Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is only transferred to the following infrastructure providers, limited to the purposes above:

• Supabase: database and file storage where form submissions and uploaded files are kept.
• Cloudflare and Lovable: website hosting, domain and network security.
• Resend and CallMeBot: forwarding new requests to our team as email and WhatsApp notifications.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to follow up your request on WhatsApp, that conversation runs on WhatsApp.

These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye. Data may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities on request, to the extent permitted by law.

The site uses Google Analytics for visitor statistics; what you type into the forms is not sent to Google Analytics.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set by the applicable legislation; after that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11

By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
• request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
• object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

You can send requests about your rights by email to orlift@orlift.com or in writing to the address above. Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature.
